2. Lokasi pick-up dimana ya?
👉🏼ada 42 locations utk pick-up makanan (kami tak hantar, you all mai collect kat kami), goto www.nasikandaronline.com/collection-point

3. Saya dah order and bayar, takde pon INVOICE number/resit?
👉🏼check dlm email (spam/junk folder). Email drpd actionFitMalaysia

4. Apa phone number runners ya?
👉🏼Refer jawapan no 2 di atas, phone number runners semua ada berserta location pick-up points

5. Saya nak tau ETA bila?
👉🏼 ETA buleh refer di website normally after 2pm on collection day, www.nasikandaronline.com, hangpa click button merah “click here for time of arrival“, dan exact ETA akan diupdate dlm all whatsapp group & website, ONCE our team dah half way across the counties to KL

6. Berapa lama runners tunggu di pick-up point, saya lambat ni
👉🏼kami tunggu 20-30mins. Hangpa mai lah awai sikit, study locations siap², pasai kami pon ada location lain nak run.

7. Saya nak pakai grab/lalamove collect makanan saya boleh ke?
👉🏼yes boleh, you order riders sendiri, kami tak tolong orderkan rider, first bank in RUNNER’S FEE RM2/PEKET to runners NKR, then bagi location, INV number dan nama kat your rider.

8. Eh makanan saya missing, saya order di Tmntun kenapa runner cakap ada di Setiawangsa?
👉🏼system tak salah, you yang salah pilih location time buat order, so please select your prefered pick-up location correctly

9. Saya order drpd Penang, Kedah, Ipoh, Pahang, Johor dan Melaka. Collect sekaligus semue negeri ke?
👉🏼yes, hangpa mai collect semua makanan negeri sekaligus.

10. Makanan tu buleh tahan berapa lama?
👉🏼makanan tu InsyaAllah fresh masa kami handover. Makan lah terus ya ! Jgn simpan simpan.
